Founded by graduate students in 2015, JKX Comics' goal is to increase scientific literacy, access, and exposure to a variety of STEM disciplines using comics as a vehicle.

Our goal is to increase scientific literacy among the general public by teaching scientific concepts in an easily digestible way -- through the use of analogies and cartoons! We hope that these comics will provide an educational platform to communicate basic science principles about the world and our biology, as well as provide exposure to the fascinating breadth of research performed at institutions that is often unknown to the public.
